Enjoy A Cheese Dosa For Brunch Along With Chutney

If you’re bored of eating plain dosas or bland scrambled eggs for breakfast, a sprinkling of cheese over your rice crepe can instantly elevate your brunch experience. Pair it with a spicy chutney of choice or simply add a dusting of podi for a textural treat.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup dosa batter 1 cheese cube 1-2 teaspoons oil Water, to dilute 1 pinch salt

STEP 1

Add some water to dilute the thick dosa batter and season lightly with salt.

STEP 2

Heat a tava and ladle the dosa batter over it, spreading in circular motions.

STEP 3

Drizzle a bit of oil on top and allow the batter to set and brown at the edges.

STEP 4

Sprinkle the cheese over the cooked surface and fold in half.

STEP 5

Allow the cheese to melt for a few second before serving hot with chutney.
