3 cup peas 6 tbsp ghee 1/2 cup milk 6 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup condensed milk Chopped dry fruits

Firstly, we will grind the peas into a smooth paste. The pea paste must be around 1 cup.

Now in a kadhai put 4 tbsp ghee. Add the pea paste. Let it cook for 15 mins. Again add 2 tbsp ghee and mix.

Now pour 1/2 cup milk, stir it and let it reduce. When it's slightly thick add 6 tbsp sugar. Mix well.

After 5 mins add 1/4 cup Condensed milk. When it's thick, after 5 mins add chopped dry fruits.

Turn off the flame. Your matar halwa is ready to eat.
