Give your ordinary lassi a simple upgrade, and your taste buds will be whisked away to a land of pure chocolate bliss.
1 tbsp chocolate-flavoured syrup 1 cup ice cubes 200 g chilled thick yoghurt A pinch of salt 8 -9 almonds, roasted and sliced 2 tbsp water
Start by adding the ice cubes and the chilled thick yoghurt in the blender, blend it well.
Now Add a pinch of salt to taste. Drizzle the chocolate-flavoured syrup over it and give gentle stir.
Now take some almonds and roast them slice it accordingly now blend it with the mixture.
Check the consistency and Add water if to adjust the desired consistency. Now churn again well.
Take a desired glass and Pour the final drink into a tall glass and garnish with toasted sliced almonds.
Top it With chocolate syrup and chopped almonds. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
