Calling yourself a foodie is not right if you have not seen videos of roadside vendors putting green chutney on sandwiches to add oomph to the dish. This is a secret that has been missing in your recipe. Follow this recipe to make green chutney at home.
2 cup coriander with stems Salt to taste 1 tbsp mango pickle 2 green chillies 1-inch ginger 1 cup spinach 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp lemon juice 3-4 garlic cloves (optional) 1 tsp olive oil
Wash and roughly cut coriander and spinach. Keep the juicy stem intact.
Roughly chop garlic, green chillies, and ginger.
Add the ingredients to a blender.
Add masala of mango pickle for the oomph.
Blend the chutney smooth.
Top it with olive oil and lemon juice.
