A tinge of elderflower syrup, combined with vermouth and soda makes for a perfect summer brunch cocktail.
120ml Soda Water 45ml Dry Vermouth 30ml Elderflower syrup
For Eldercooler, first fill the glass with a generous amount of ice.
Pour in the elderflower syrup slowly, followed by vermouth. Stir the two well.
Now top up with the soda. Stir again and serve chilled.
