Elaneer Shake: Summer Coconut Drink From South India

A rich, creamy and cool drink made by blending chilled milk with tender coconut pulp and sugar. 

Elaneer is referred to coconut water in South India and locals like to indulge in coconut milkshake during summers. It is brimming with nutrients and has a cooling nature.

Ingredients

1/2 cup tender coconut pulp 1/2 cup frozen milk boiled, cooled and freezed 1/2 cup milk boiled and cooled 2 tbsp cane sugar a tiny pinch cardamom powder

Step 1

To begin with, first add tender coconut pieces, frozen milk and sugar to a mixing jar

Step 2

Mix well and then add sugar to it. Mix well again.

Step 3

Once done you can add ice to and serve this tender coconut milkshake chilled!
