These succulent and flavourful mutton kebabs are perfect for Eid celebrations. They are easy to make, even for beginners. Get ready to impress your guests with this delicious recipe!
500g minced mutton 1 onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cumin powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves Cooking oil
In a mixing bowl, combine minced mutton, chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, ginger paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix the ingredients well using your hands, ensuring they are evenly combined. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into kebabs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on a paper towel and then serve hot as a side or a snack along with chutneys and naan.
