The flavorful celebrations of Bakra Eid wouldn't be complete without the enticing deliciousness of Chatkara boti delicacies.
500 gms meat 1 small size onion 1/2 tsp turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup water Boil for 4 whistles, let it cool down on itz own.
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1.5tbsp Corainder pdr 1 tsp Crushed corainder 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes 1 tsp Garam masala 1tsp Chat masala 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1tbsp Dried fenugreek leaves(roasted) 1 tsp Black salt 1 tsp Red chilli pdr 2 tsp Chilli sauce 2 pinch food colour Juice of 1 lemon
Mix all the spice to coat on mutton pieces
Boil the meat and add mixed spices to it.
Then add 2 ½ tbsp of corn flour and mix thoroughly.
Deep Fry on med to high heat till golden and crisp. Serve with green chutney. Enjoy!
