The 23-year-old cricketer who is fresh off of the success of this latest century in the IPL has a strict diet plan and workout regime to keep him in top form.

The Punjabi that he is, Shubman had to drastically cut down on the parathas and butter to stay in shape.

His breakfast usually consists of boiled eggs or omelette.

Followed by a lunch of gluten-free rotis, dal-chawal and grilled chicken.

Shubman also keeps it light during dinner and makes up his meal with protein like grilled lamb and veggies.

He is also a firm believer in enjoying fruits as part of his daily diet.

On his off days, Shubman enjoys digging into a stack of pancakes drizzled with honey.
