Eggless No-Bake Cheesecake In Just 5 Steps

Craving a dessert that’s easy to whip up and doesn’t require an oven? An eggless, no-bake cheesecake might be the perfect solution! This creamy delight is fuss-free, delicious, and ideal for all occasions. 

Step 1

Crush 200g of digestive biscuits and mix with 100g melted butter. Press this mixture into the base of a springform pan, then chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes. 

Step 2

In a bowl, mix 400g cream cheese with 100g icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 200ml of whipped cream. 

Step 3

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust, smoothing the top. 

Step 4

Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight. 

Step 5

Garnish with fresh berries or fruit compote before serving.
