Eggless Mayonnaise: A Delightful, and Delicious Dip

Mayonnaise made without the use of eggs is a thick and creamy condiment. It's a vegan option that tastes great and is made with ingredients like yoghurt, oil, and mustard.

Step 1 

In a bowl, mix ½ cup of plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.

Step 2

Gradually add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice while stirring. Slowly drizzle in ½ cup of vegetable oil, continuing to mix until it thickens.

Step 3

Add ½ tsp of sugar and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to enhance the flavour. Your eggless mayo is ready!
