Egg Toast: A Quick And Healthy Breakfast

This easy and super-filling breakfast can be made within 10 minutes. Here is the recipe, make it for yourself and family.

Ingredients

4 to 5 large eggs, kosher salt, ½ tsp sweet paprika, ½ tsp red pepper flakes, 1 bell pepper (chopped), ½ cup tomatoes (chopped), 2 green onions (chopped), ¼ cup crumbled cheese, 3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander, olive oil, 4 slices of sandwich bread (thick cut)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, add the eggs and season with kosher salt, paprika, and pepper flakes, and whisk. Then add veggies, cheese and coriander.

Step 2

Drizzle some oil. Then brush a sheet pan with oil and arrange the bread on it. Top each slice with a portion of the whisked egg mixture.

Step 3

Place the sheet-pan on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes and serve hot.
