If you're tired of eating aloo paratha and ghee paratha, why not try delicious egg paratha? They're very easy to make. It is very fluffy and crispy too. These parathas go perfectly with a delectable vegetable bhujia or curry for lunch and dinner.
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain) 1/4 cup warm water 1 egg 1 tablespoon butter Oil for cooking
Combine whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda, and carom seeds. Knead for a few minutes.
In the centre of the rolled paratha, make a small well. Crack an egg into the well.
Add some oil to a pan, cook the paratha with an egg in the centre, and fold it like a taco.
Serve with achar or ketchup.
