Made with the goodness of eggs, you can load up your breakfast sandwiches with this protein and make it flavourful in the following ways.
Who’s up for a sandwich with a runny yolk? Dunk the fried egg between the slices of bread and layer with bacon and spinach for the ultimate ride.
The softness of boiled eggs, paired with creaminess of mayonnaise does wonders to the mouth. The egg is mashed, mixed with mayo and slathered on a slice of bread.
A desi-style egg sandwich, with the goodness of mint chutney, carrots, bell peppers and other crunchy veggies, this one is topped with protein-rich boiled eggs slices above all.
Scramble your eggs, mixed with milk and cheese and lightly toss them on a pan. Spread the eggs on your bread slice, grill in a sandwich maker and enjoy.
Slice the omlette into smaller pieces and place on the bread slice. Top with sliced cabbage, carrots and onions. Sprinkle some brown sugar and toss in butter for crispiness.
