Egg-Free Delight: Create Your Own Vegan Omelette at Home

Ingredients 

 1 package firm tofu, crumbled ¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk ¼ water if needed to make the batter runny ¼ cup besan flour/chickpea flour 2 ½ tablespoon tapioca starch ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp Kala Namak ½ onion chopped ½ tomato chopped 1 green chilli finely chopped Coriander leaves to top

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Season as required. The batter should be like an egg omelette batter so less thick than a pancake batter. You can add more water/plant milk to adjust the consistency and make sure to adjust for salt too.

Step 2

Then add in the onion's tomatoes and green chilies. Fry in a pan and top with fresh coriander leaves.

Remove from the pan once it is cooked from both sides.
