Egg drop soup is a classic dish that is part of Chinese cuisine. Not only is the soup easy to make, but it also gives you a comforting, warm feeling in winter. Here’s how you can make the healthy dish.
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth 2 eggs 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 cup chopped green onions Salt to taste
Simmer the chicken or vegetable broth on medium heat.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and salt.
Beat the eggs and add to the mixture. Let it simmer till the eggs are cooked.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
