Whether you want to prepare something quickly for breakfast or serve a delicious snack on demand, an egg dosa is a must-try. It will hardly take any effort from your end, and you can relish a healthy and protein-based meal in no time. Here is a quick recipe.
2 chopped green chillies 1 cup dosa batter 2 eggs Salt as required 2 tablespoons sauce 1 tablespoon coriander leaves 1 chopped onion ½ cup grated carrot
Make sure the dosa batter is runny and not thick. Add water to adjust its consistency.
Heat a tawa and add a ladle full of batter on it. Spread it, but keep the edges thick.
Once the base starts to solidify, spread the sauce and break an egg on top of the dosa.
After spreading the egg, you will witness that it will start solidifying in no time.
Add veggies and sprinkle a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder on the top.
Fold the crispy dosa and serve it with your favourite chutney.
