South Indian actor Rashmika Mandana is creating ripples across movies and OTT space. Here are some of her diet secrets you’d like to steal
She wakes up and drinks close to a litre of water. She also has some apple cider vinegar that helps kickstart her metabolism.
She likes her breakfast clean, simple and full of greens, her favourite breakfast is avocado toast.
For lunch, she enjoys a simple south Indian meal full of curries. She loves mixing and matching her curries and tries to eat limited quantity of rice.
Her dinner is always light, think: soups and salads. She also likes to work out in the evening after work.
She gave up meat a few years ago so after her work-out she likes to have an egg as a form of protein for muscle recovery.
Her favourite healthy snack is sweet potato fries with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
