Yoghurt salad is a refreshing addition to any diet since yoghurt helps in elevating the flavour of both fruits and veggies. It is a side dish that is rich in protein, probiotics, and fibre. Here's an easy recipe for you to try:
1 cup Greek yoghurt 1 diced cucumber 1 diced tomato 1 chopped onion 1 diced bell pepper 1 grated carrot 2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley 1 minced garlic clove 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper
Add yoghurt, lemon juice, and garlic to a bowl.
Incorporate the bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, tomato, onion, and herbs.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine thoroughly.
Before serving, let everything cool for ten to fifteen minutes.
