This rich, creamy and sweet white hot chocolate is a great change to the traditional hot chocolate. This winter season, white hot chocolate will become your new favourite beverage. Topped with sweet marshmallows and white chocolate shavings, It is a comforting drink that you would want in your cosy blanket with your favourite TV show on during those chilly winter nights.

2 cups of milk 1 cup of white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract Whipped cream Marshmallows White chocolate shavings or sprinkles

Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling.

Pour the heated milk over the white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate. Stir constantly until the chocolate has melted completely and the liquid is smooth.

If using vanilla extract, whisk it into the mixture well.
