1 banana 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup maida 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup walnuts (whole) 1/4 tsp baking soda Some chopped walnuts
Take bananas and mash it in a bowl. Add sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves completely.
Sieve in the dry ingredients and stir the mixture well. Also add oil and walnuts (whole). Add baking soda when the batter gets smooth.
Grease a baking pan with oil and some dry wheat flour. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
Add chopped walnuts for garnish and set it to bake in an oven preheated at 150 degrees Celsius. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
When done, take it out and serve hot.
