400 ml unsweetened coconut cream 3 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract
Refrigerate the can of coconut cream overnight.
Open can and remove solid coconut cream from top.
Use mixer to whip coconut cream until light and fluffy.
Incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Continue mixing until sugar is fully dissolved.
