Easy Vegan Bean Sliders To Enjoy For A Delicious Lunch

Bite-sized bean burgers are the ultimate protein-rich recipe to create and combine with some of your favourite ingredients. Besides, when does anyone need a reason to enjoy tiny burgers for a flavour-packed meal?

INGREDIENTS [FOR PATTIES]

1.5 cups cooked rajma 2 spring onions, chopped ½ cup breadcrumbs 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon tahini ¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped 2-3 tablespoons oil, for pan-frying

INGREDIENTS [FOR SERVING]

4 slider buns 2 slices vegan cheese ½ onion, sliced 4 slices pickled jalapeno 2 teaspoons ketchup

STEP 1

Combine all the ingredients for the patties in a bowl and divide into equal portions.

STEP 2

Shape small, 2-inch thick patties out of each portion and pan-fry in hot oil on both sides, until brown.

Toast the slider buns lightly before adding the cheese and onions on the bottom half.
