Easy Veg Manchurian Recipe To Impress Your Guests

Craving Chinese? You can make veg manchurian at home and pair it with rice or noodles. It is among the most sought-after Indo-Chinese dishes that you can find in most restaurants. Here is how you can make it in your kitchen and impress your guests.

Ingredients

¼ cup maida 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 cups grated cabbage, carrots, bell peppers 2 tablespoons chilli sauce ½ cup spring onion Salt to taste 4 tablespoons ginger-garlic ¼ cup corn flour 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 cup vegetable stock 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar ½ cup spring onions and bell peppers

Step 1

Take a bowl and mix chopped vegetables along with maida and corn flour. Add chilli sauce, soy sauce, and salt to taste.

Step 2

Combine the ingredients and make lemon-sized balls. Deep-fry them in oil until crispy and brown.

Step 3

In a wok on high heat, add oil and sauce chopped ginger and garlic. Add spring onions and bell peppers as well.

Step 4

Add all the sauces to the mix and let the vegetables cook. Pout the vegetable stock and let the mixture come to a simmer.

Step 5

Add corn flour slurry to the mix to thicken it and toss manchurian balls in the wok. 

Step 6

Top veg manchurian gravy with greens of spring onion and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
