4 big boiled aloo or potatoes 2 cups Besan 1 tbsp rice flour pinch of soda Oil to fry 2 tbsp green paste (8 chilies, 8garlic cloves, 1-1/2 inch adrak) 1/4 tsp haldi, Pinch of hing 10 curry leaves salt as per taste 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped coriander 12 pav 1 cup khobra chutney\ 6 green chillies

Peel cover from potatoes and mash it. Add green paste and haldi, hing, lemon juice, salt , cut curry leaves by hand and add to it and coriander and mix well.

Make medium ball out of the mixture and take a big bowl. Add besan, rice flour, salt and soda and little haldi. Mix well and beat it for 5 min.

Now keep kadai on gas add oil for frying and when it will get hot dip potato ball in besan batter and fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
