With the change in weather, a lot of people are getting ill. In such a case, it is essential have more vitamin C to boost immunity. Recently, Chef Nehal Karkera took to Instagram and shared the recipe of some immunity boosting shots. Here you go!

2 lemons 1 ginger 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 cup hot water 1 tbsp honey 2 Malta Oranges 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 1 cup water

First, take some hot water and mix turmeric. Keep it aside & let it come to room temperature.

Now, peel lemons & oranges. Also, peel and slice ginger.

In a blender, add this turmeric water, black pepper, honey, and some more water.

Blend completely and strain well. Store the mixture for up to 7-10 days.

Have a 30ml shot of this whenever required.
