Boiled and mashed sweet potatoes - 2 Green pea paste - 2 tablespoons Grated paneer - 2 tablespoons Cashew powder - 2 tablespoons Arrowroot powder - 2 tablespoons Ginger green chilli paste - 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder - 1 teaspoon Oil - 2 tablespoons
In a mixing bowl, combine all the above ingredients, except oil, and mix them nicely.
Make equal lemon-sized balls from the mixture. Flatten each ball a little, giving it the shape of a kebab.
Heat a pan on low heat and grease it with a little oil. Place the kebabs in the hot pan and roast them on low heat by brushing them with a little oil.
Roast them by turning them at regular intervals until they become light brown on both sides and take them on a plate.
Arrange them on a serving platter and garnish them with green chutney and fresh rose petals.
