Try this effortless homemade detox water to boost your weight-loss journey. The drink is made with pantry staples and comes together quickly in 10–15 minutes. With essential nutrients, it can keep you hydrated and enhance your metabolism. Here's a quick recipe for you to try:
1 litre of filtered water 1 sliced cucumber 1 sliced lemon 1-inch thinly sliced ginger A handful of fresh mint leaves
Put sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint leaves in a pitcher.
Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of Himalayan pink salt for electrolytes.
Refrigerate the pitcher for 2-4 hours to allow flavours to infuse.
If desired, strain the detox water before serving to remove any solid pieces of the ingredients.
Keep any leftover detox water refrigerated and consume it within 24 hours for the best taste and freshness.
