Easy Street-Style Double Chicken Egg Roll For This Pujo

Ingredients

1 pound boneless 2 large eggs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder Salt to taste Oil for frying 1-2 rotis or parathas

Step 1

Marinate chicken with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2

Whisk together flour, water, and salt.

Step 3

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 4

Pour the egg batter into the same skillet. Let it set on one side, then add the cooked chicken and fold the omelette over. 

Step 5

Place the egg omelette on a roti or paratha. Add any additional toppings you like, such as chopped onions, tomatoes, or chutney.

Grill or pan-fry the rolled egg roll until heated through and crispy.
