Rich, warm and delicious, these stewed mushrooms are perfect for chilly autumn and winter meals, especially when paired with a slice or two of bread. Check out the delicious recipe and try it out.
200g fresh mushrooms, halved ½ cup onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves, chopped 4 tbsp butter 1 sprig dried rosemary 1 tbsp all-purpose flour 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 cups vegetable broth Salt, to taste Fresh coriander, to garnish
Heat the butter in a pan, then add garlic, onions, rosemary and mushrooms.
Sweat the onions and mushrooms until brown, then add salt, Worcestershire sauce, flour and mix well.

Once the rawness of the flour dissipates, add the vegetable broth, mix well to avoid lumps and simmer for half an hour.

Once the stew is ready, adjust the salt, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with a slice of bread.
