Also known as Cilbir, these are poached eggs served over garlic yoghurt and drizzled with chilli oil on top. A perfect breakfast or brunch idea, here's how to make this dish at home.
Ingredients - 2 eggs, 1 cup hung yoghurt, 1 garlic clove, 50 g butter, 1 tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp smoked paprika, 8-10 mint leaves, 5-6 dill leaves, ¼ tsp salt and black pepper, and 1 tbsp vinegar.
Mince the garlic and chop the mint and dill leaves. Mix it in with the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
In a boiling pot of water, add the vinegar and create a vortex. Crack open 2 eggs into the water.
Cook the eggs for 3 minutes and take them out with a slotted spoon.
In a frying pan, melt the butter in bloom the red chilli flakes and the smoked paprika.

On a plate, add the yoghurt and lay the poached eggs on top. Drizzle in a tablespoon of the butter and spices, as a sauce and garnish with chopped dill.
