Easy Steps To Make Shakarkandi Halwa At Home

Ingredients 2 sweet potatoes   2 tbsp ghee ½ cup milk 3 tbsp sugar ¼ tsp cardamom powder Some almonds 

Step 1

Take sweet potatoes and boil them. Then, mash them properly.  

Step 2

Heat a pan and add ghee. Add mashed sweet potatoes. 

Step 3

Mix well and let it cook. Cook until the halwa leaves the sides. 

Step 4

Add milk and mix well. Cook until the milk evaporates. Add sugar and cardamom powder.

Step 5

 Stir well to a desired consistency. Garnish with almonds and serve.
