Seviyan Kheer is a delicious, and easy-to-make dessert made by combining wheat vermicelli noodles in sweetened milk. Here's how you make it.
Ingredients - 1 cup vermicelli or seviyan, 4 cups full-fat milk, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp ghee, and 3 tbsp slivered almonds.
Add ghee in a heated kadhai.

In a separate saucepan, add the milk and boil it on low heat. Stir it from time to time to avoid burning or boiling over.
Add the seviyan to the ghee and let it roast on medium-low heat until browned.

Add sugar and cardamom powder to the boiling milk and stir to dissolve.
Add milk to the roasted seviyan noodles, bit by bit, to avoid spluttering.

When the seviyan turns soft in the hot milk, take it off the heat.

Garnish with slivered almonds on top and serve warm.
