Boil your noodles and drain it. Keep it aside.
Chop veggies of your choice like carrots, onions and tomatoes.
In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic and paprika powder. Add your chopped veggies, salt and pepper.
After the veggies are cooked, add your boiled noodles to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish the noodles with eggs, cheese and spring onion. Serve hot.
