Easy Steps To Make No-Cook Protein Bar

Going to the gym, working out and being a fitness enthusiast is the order of the day.  For all of you fitness freaks, who are looking for a simple no cook protein bar recipe, click ahead! 

Ingredients

Peanut butter Protein powder Rolled Oats Honey Dry fruits of your choice

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add rolled oats and honey. Mix properly.

Step 2

Now, add peanut butter and protein powder. Make a thick mixture.

Step 3

Pour the mixture on a shallow baking tray with parchment paper on. Layer it with dry fruits.

Step 4

Freeze for a couple hours, slice it and enjoy your protein bar! You can easily store it for a week.
