Easy Steps To Make Matar Ki Kachori

Its winters and there is no one who does not like hot matar ki kachori. Let us look at a step by step recipe.

Step 1

In a food processor, grind some green peas with ginger and green chillies.

Step 2

Fry the green pea paste with salt, red chilli and cumin powder for 10 mins and keep it aside.

Step 3

Add roasted cumin and coriander powder to wheat flour. Add ghee and make a soft dough.

Step 4

Make small katories out of the dough, fill them up with the peas filling and roll them into thick kachoris.

Step 5

Deep fry the kachoris in ghee and serve hot with green chillies and chutney.
