All you need to make you amazing cupcakes without flour are 4 very simple ingredients - ripe bananas, peanut butter, vanilla essence and cocoa powder.
Take two ripe bananas and mash them properly with a fork. Remember, the smoother the mix, the better your batter is.
Transfer the mashed banana into a mixing bowl. Now, slowly add half a cup of peanut butter or any other nut butter, according to your preference. Mix vanilla essence and cocoa powder to the batter.
Slowly, transfer the batter into small cupcake moulds. All that you have to do now is bake them for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Take them out hot and fluffy.
As an optional step, you can decorate your muffins with icing sugar, frosting, fruits or nuts. You can also serve it with whipped cream, maple syrup or honey.
