Dal paratha is always something that makes you remember the comfort you feel eating your mother's food. Here is a simple recipe to make it perfectly.
1 cup boiled moong dal 1 tsp hing 1 tsp jeera powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cups aata Ghee Salt
For the filling, mix boiled moong dal with all the spices and make a dry stuffing.
For the dough, add 1 tbsp ghee and salt to the aata and dry mix it. Next, add water and make a soft, stretchy dough.
Stuff the dal filling in the dough and make balls. Use a rolling pin to make parathas.
Heat up ghee and cook the parathas on both sides till they are golden and flaky. Enjoy with dahi or chutney.
