Made with chocolate, cream, sugar, butter, and eggs, this light, airy dessert has a decadent mouthfeel. Here's how to make it at home.
All you need is 3 eggs, 125g unsweetened dark chocolate, 10g butter, 1/2 cup cream, and 3 tbsp sugar.
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.

Beat egg whites and sugar until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.

Set up a boiler and melt the chocolate over gentle heat.

Whip the full fat cream and separately, the egg yolks.

With a spatula, fold together the cream and egg yolks.

Fold in the melted chocolate to the yolk and cream mixture.

Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture. Make sure the air incorporated during whisking doesn't get deflated.
