    Ingredients 500 gm wheat flour     350 gm ghee    Chopped dry fruits     10 gm coconut     15 gm Gond      150 gm sugar

Step 1

Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add wheat flour on medium-low flame.

Step 2

Cook for 8 to 10 mins while stirring. After the mixture starts to darken, turn off the flame.

Step 3

Take another pan, add chopped almonds, chopped Makhana and gond. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 4

Add the nuts into the mixture and stir well. Also, add shredded coconut and sugar.

Step 5

After the mixture comes together, make round balls.     Repeat the process.
