Sindhi Abri Tuk is a crispy and spicy colocasia (arbi) dish, perfect as a snack or side dish. This traditional Sindhi recipe transforms simple ingredients into a flavour-packed delight.
500g colocasia (arbi) 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder) Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Boil the colocasia until tender. Peel and flatten them slightly.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the flattened arbi until golden and crisp.
In a bowl, mix turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, amchur, and salt. Toss the fried arbi in the spice mix until evenly coated. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
