Treat your family with delicious palak paneer for dinner.
2 tsp oil, 1 onion, 6 cloves garlic, 2 tsp ground coriander, 2 tsp ground turmeric, 2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp red pepper flakes, 2 tsp curry powder, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup water, 300 gm spinach, 3 tomatoes, 2 tsp ginger, 2 cups paneer
Heat 1tsp oil in a skillet and cook onion until tender, then add garlic, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, red pepper flakes, curry powder, cumin, and salt; cook for about 1 minute.
Mix water, spinach, tomatoes, and ginger into the onion mixture and simmer for 20 minutes. Then let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Transfer spinach mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat remaining 1 tsp oil in a skillet and cook paneer until lightly browned.
Stir pureed spinach mixture into skillet with paneer. Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
