2 cups boiled rajma or red kidney beans ¾ cup boiled potatoes ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp amchoor powder Salt, to taste Oil, for frying To assemble the chaat: ½ cup yoghurt, whisked 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp green chutney 1 tsp tamarind chutney ½ cup sev Coriander leaves, for garnish

Place the boiled rajma and potatoes in a large bowl and mash them until you get a smooth mix.

Add the chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, amchoor and salt. Mix well.

Shape the mix into tikkis of equal size. Heat oil in a tawa and fry the Rajma Tikkis until golden brown.

To assemble the chaat, place two tikkis on a plate and top with all the garnishes as per your taste preferences.
