2 cups aata Water as required 1 pinch Salt Ghee 3 finely chopped onions 1 tsp ajwain 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 2 chopped green chilies 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp dry mango powder 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves Salt to taste

In a bowl, add salt and flour. Add salt, water and knead the flour. Cover the dough and keep it aside.

Heat a pan and ajwain to it. Add chopped onions and toss them for a few seconds. When done, keep onions aside to cool down.

Add green chilies, chili powder, cumin powder, mango powder and stir. Add mint leaves and mix well.

Take small portion from the dough and make balls. Roll roti and fill in the onion stuffing.

Seal the paratha and roll again. Make sure that the stuffing doesn't come out.

Cook paratha on both sides and serve hot with achar, chutney or raita.
