1.5 cups heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup pumpkin puree ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder ¼ teaspoon dry ginger powder 1 pinch ground cloves ½ cup sugar

Using an electric whisk, combine the sugar and pumpkin puree until airy and the granules have dissolved fully.
