Try this easy pumpkin fritter recipe with your leftover pumpkin in the fridge after Halloween. These fritters are delicious and nutritious at the same time. Take a look at this easy recipe.
1 cup mashed pumpkin 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 egg 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt Oil for frying Maple syrup or honey
Combine mashed pumpkin, flour, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with maple syrup or honey.
