Looking for a salty and crispy snack to pair with your evening tea. Make potato wedges.
3-4 Large potatoes (cut in half, length-wise), 3-4 tsp olive oil, 2 Garlic, salt to taste, 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 Thyme, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red chilli flakes
Preheat the oven at 450 C. Take a cooking sheet, place the potatoes.
Add olive oil to the potatoes along with all herbs and spices. Mix them well.
Bake the wedges for about 30-40 minutes. Serve them hot with ketchup.
