Easy Poha Recipe For Breakfast

Poha is one of the quick Indian breakfasts that is healthy and delicious too. Here’s the recipe to make poha in the busy mornings.

Ingredients

1½ cup flattened rice, 3 tsp peanuts, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 dry red chilli, 1 onion, 2 stalks of curry leaves, 2 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chilli powder, and salt as per taste. 

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and fry peanuts and keep them aside. 

Step 2

 Wash and drain the flattened rice in a strainer and set it aside.

Step 3

Then In the skillet, add chopped oinons and all spices. Now add curry leaves too and cook for few minutes. 

Step 4

Once all cooked well add the flattened rice to the it and mix well. 

Step 5

 Lastly, add lemon juice. Adjust the salt as per your taste, add the fried peanuts and give a nice mix. It’s ready to serve.
