Nut milk has been the talking point in the health industry for quite some time now. With so many options available, vegans are now spoiled for choice. Peanut milk is one such variety that is high in nutrients and is a must-try if you follow a vegan diet.
1 cup raw peanuts 4 cups water Pinch of salt or sweetener (optional)
Give the peanuts an overnight soak in water. After soaking, drain and rinse the peanuts.
Fresh water and the peanuts should be blended until smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
If preferred, add a small amount of sweetener or salt.
