These cookies are the best of both worlds. Peanut butter and chocolate chips together to create irresistibly soft peanut butter chocolate cookies. A perfect sinful snack to treat yourself to after a long day or during the weekends. Each bite will provide you with a burst of flavours that you won't be able to stop yourself from finishing your entire batch.

1 cup peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a mixing dish until smooth.

Stir in the flour and baking soda until everything is well mixed.

Fold the chocolate chunks into the dough until they are uniformly distributed.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized pieces of dough and roll into balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them.

To slightly flatten the cookies, gently press down on the individual ball with a fork.

Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool fully.
